Inventory With Check in is Always carried out on the same day, we ussualy need about 2 hours to prepare the inventory so the earlierst time we do check in is at 11.00 am, providing we have access to the property at 9.00 am, for earlier check in please provide us keys ahead of time.

We send all reports to every party. You can sit back and relax, just make sure when you book an inventory to fill in the Tenants, Landlords, Agents, Other Contacts details. No further cost with printing, mailing, calls to check availability, call tenants for signature, no admin and archive tasks for you, tenants can comment and sign online.
