How much does a property inventory cost?
Costs vary based on property size and service type, as shown in the tables above. Tailored quotes can be provided quickly for anything outside these bands.
Are there discounts for multiple properties?
Yes. We offer discounts for portfolio landlords, agents, and repeat instructions.
Do prices include photographs?
Yes. Photographic evidence is included as standard.
Are check-in and check-out prices separate?
Yes. Check-in and check-out reports are separate services and priced accordingly.
Do you offer fixed pricing?
Where possible, yes. For commercial properties and hotels, fixed quotes are provided once property details are confirmed.
Do you charge extra for last minute bookings?
No, but ideally we need at least 48 hours notice.
