Hamilton Property Inventory Group launches a nationwide training initiative for new clerks

Hamilton Property Inventory Group is expanding its focus. Drawing on its founder’s many years of producing inventory, check-in and check-out reports across the South West and London, the company is putting real weight behind training new clerks into the profession, with the aim of giving agents and landlords reliable, local coverage all year round, including through the busiest, most unpredictable summer months.

Why now

Summer is when the industry is stretched thinnest. Tenancy turnover peaks, diaries fill up weeks in advance, and agents are often left waiting longer than they’d like for a clerk to become available. Hamilton Property Inventory Group’s answer is to grow the pool of trained, professional clerks rather than simply try to cover more ground with the same team.

A local clerk for every area

The plan is to build a network of trained clerks, each responsible for a defined local area, rather than a small central team covering the whole country. That means shorter travel times, more realistic working hours, and a clerk who can respond quickly when an agent or landlord needs one, not weeks later.

In the founder’s words

Founder Sebastian Tiplea has spent his career in the industry and describes the plan as a direct response to what clerks and agents have been dealing with for years: “We come from the trenches. It’s been a long time of hard work, and every one of our brothers and sisters in this industry feels the same pain. We work hard to make sure every tenancy starts with bulletproof evidence for both parties. That’s why we’re launching an ambitious plan to cover the whole country with local professionals, each with their own allocated area. No stress, no driving around all day, no starting at 5am to cover everything. We’re building the first network of its kind, property inventory professionals who can step in quickly and help local agents and landlords secure a properly evidenced start of tenancy.”

What this means for agents and landlords

As the network grows, agents and landlords working with Hamilton Property Inventory Group can expect faster turnaround during peak season, a consistent point of contact in their area, and the same AIIC-trained standard of reporting the company has built its reputation on. Training is underway now, with new local clerks joining the network ahead of next summer’s peak.
