Join the network

Become a property inventory clerk in your own area.

We are building a national network of trained local clerks, each with one allocated area, paid per report, working to a standard that holds up in a deposit dispute.

The model

Local work, honestly structured.

The point of the territory model is simple: a clerk who only covers their own area can turn up quickly, knows the local stock, and is not exhausted.

01

One area, yours

You are allocated a defined local patch. No driving across three counties, no 5am starts to cover everything.

02

Paid per report

£50 per completed property inventory regardless of size or report type. £20 per mid-term inspection.

03

Trained, not thrown in

AIIC-aligned training, shadowing on real appointments, and a reporting standard you are held to.

04

Work that fits

Appointments are booked around your availability. Most clerks build it around existing commitments.

Questions

Before you register.

Is this employment or self-employed work?

Clerks work on a self-employed basis, paid per completed report. You manage your own availability and tax affairs.

Do I need previous property experience?

No. Most of our clerks came from outside the industry. What matters is reliability, attention to detail and clear written English. The reporting standard is taught.

How much can I realistically earn?

It depends entirely on how many appointments you take. At £50 per inventory and £20 per mid-term inspection, clerks working regular weekday availability in a busy area build a substantial second income; full-time coverage in a high-turnover area earns considerably more.

What equipment do I need?

A smartphone with a good camera, reliable transport and somewhere quiet to finalise reports. The reporting software and templates are provided.

What if my area is already taken?

We are expanding continuously and territories are being opened across the country. Register your interest and we will tell you honestly what is available near you, and when.

Tell us where you are.

We will tell you honestly whether your area is open, and what the work looks like there.
