Frequently asked questions

How quickly can I book an inventory?

As early as possible is always best, but if timing is tight, we do our best to help you keep things moving. Most of our clients book 6-7 days before the start of the tenancy.

What is the difference between an Inventory and an Inventory with Check In?

With a Check In, the clerk meets the tenants and records their signature, so the agency or landlord doesn't have to chase them to sign the report. It is also the landlord's legal responsibility to check smoke and carbon monoxide alarms on move-in day, so with us you tick all the boxes.

What do your reports include?

Your report records the property's condition and contents with clear written detail and photographs, so you have a strong point of reference at every stage of the tenancy.

Do you work with both letting agents and landlords?

Yes. Whether you manage one property or a growing portfolio, you can book the service you need and keep your tenancy process organised.

Can you handle last minute requests?

Yes. When timelines change, you need a team that can fit you in even at the last minute and still deliver a detailed report fast. Our clerks are available 7 days a week.

Ready to book your next inventory?

Starts from £100. Clerks available 7 days a week, reports typically delivered within 3 hours.
